Ohio House seeking replacement for Ujvagi’s seat
Since Senator Fedor has decided not seek the appointment, but instead finish her term while running for election to House District 47, the Ohio Democratic Caucus has sent out the following announcement:
Ohio House Seeking Applicants for Seat Formerly Held by Peter Ujvagi
COLUMBUS – Ohio House Speaker Armond Budish (D-Beachwood) and the Ohio House Democratic Caucus are seeking applications to replace former State Rep. Peter Ujvagi who resigned today to become the new Lucas County Administrator. The appointment left a vacancy in House District 47, which represents parts of Lucas County.
The Democratic Caucus is accepting resumes and applications for the position. The Caucus will appoint a screening committee to review resumes, conduct interviews, and report recommendations. Applicants should send resumes and letters of intent to:
