Do something with SMOKING IN PUBLIC LAWS, do somthing with DRINKING IN PUBLIC LAWS! The Prosecutor charges him in that manner for some legal reason...not quite clear but not pregnant unless the coroner is withholding that information (which they wouldn't) Felony 1 for being drunk and operating in a reckless manner, and Felony 2 for driving under suspension causing the death of another when he wasn’t even supposed to be driving.
