UT College Republicans “Support the Troops Rally” Tuesday

This in via e-mail from Matthew Rubin of the University of Toledo College Republicans:

Toledo College Republicans to host “Support the Troops Rally” Tuesday November 10th at 12:00 pm in the University of Toledo Centennial Mall. Community Welcome.

The UT College Republicans along with the Army ROTC, Resident Students Association, Student Government and the UT Student Veterans of America Chapter will be rallying for our troops along with Jack Smith, former Toledo Police Chief and Marine. Students will gather in the Centennial Mall to honor those who have fallen serving this country, including those who were killed this past week at Fort Hood. The young men and women in UT’s Army ROTC program will also be honored.

All community members and local veterans are invited to attend the ceremony and there will be an open mic portion of the event for anyone wishing to speak.
