Updates from Rossford Public Schools on meeting with Penn National
This weekend it was announced that a meeting was scheduled with Penn National and members of the Rossford Public Schools Board the week of December 7th. The time of the meeting has been confirmed for December 8th at 9:30 a.m. at the Rossford Board of Education Building at the time of publication this will be an public meeting, but it possible discussion could happen in executive session.

Rossford School District Superintendent Dr. Susan Lang and Board members Mrs. Jackie Brown and Mr. Ken Sutter attended the 54th annual Ohio School Boards Association Capital Conference and Trade Show held at the Greater Columbus Convention Center in downtown Columbus from November 8-11.
More than 10,000 people attended this year’s conference, which included over 100 sessions of panel discussion, workshops, one-on-one assistance and nationally renowned speakers addressing a variety of education issues.
Keynote presenters at the 2009 Capital Conference were educational futurist and technology guru Ian Jukes; organizational learning and leadership expert Dr. Daniel H. Kim; and Soledad O’Brien, CNN anchor and special correspondent.
