BTW, by the time the city gets around to my neighborhood in North Toledo, a lot of leaves from other trees on my street have fallen and are usually covered by snow and ice when the leaf pick-up crew comes by. I just collect them from the tree in front of my house when I mow my lawn and bag them for pickup. I clicked on the link and there is no information on the city’s web site about leaf collection.
