Just a thought on a Friday night…

When a person fails to appear and a bench warrant issued, the bail amount is set by the judge at the same time. Stamos did NOT have to post bail and was not arrested as a result of this bench warrant, otherwise, those notations (warrant returned/service made and bail posted) would be on the case information.

In TMC, if you have a bench warrant, the court also places a block on your driver’s license. Stamos paid the fee for that block, but later had the fee waived when his case was marked ‘off docket.’

What people need to know about this case is that he was charged, but never found guilty and never paid any fees/fines/costs for the case.

Those are the facts based upon the case file…make your decisions about voting for the individual accordingly.
