I’m afraid I’ll have to stick by my statement. Bill Brennan is a first class individual who knows the area economy as well as anyone and will be an asset to Keith Wilkowski.

I didn’t realize that calling someone a “first-class individual” was name calling, but I guess under a strict definition it is. Color me guilty.

Alex successfully elected Republicans in a county dominated by Democrats. I don’t know what Alex did to fall so far out of favor with so many Republicans, but once upon a time, Alex was a power broker on the state level.

I’ve never been ordered to participate in a felony diversion program nor has the woman in my life made veiled threats at people who disagreed with me. Rogue and I may support the same chairman, but I know who he is and make it a point not to associate myself with him or be associated with him.

There was a lot of talk and blog comments about Jon Stainbrook when he took over as chairman of the Lucas County Republican Party, but realistically very few did more than just talk about it.
