Blanket Downtown with Love

A really great story I wanted to point out from today’s Blade written by Kate Giammarise about Volunteers warm to Toledo ‘blanket blitz’. I remember being there last year at Tent City when the blankets were handed out, they are much appreciated and I think these volunteers as well as Trinity Episcopal Church in Toledo deserves some kudos…
Somebody might want to check with the Mayor. If people are running around giving blankets out it’s going to really screw up his starving them out project.

Trinity Episcopal Church is at 1 Trinity Plaza at the corner of Adams and North St. Clair streets downtown. Blanket making will be from noon to 5 p.m. tomorrow, and noon to 4 p.m. Sunday. For more information, call (419) 243-1231 or visit trinitytoledo.org.
