How many Toledoans would be working right now and filling the empty city coffers? It speaks volumes that a potential money machine for this city is ignored by all but 2 councilmembers! The elections must be far enough away that they're certain we'll forget this when they come door-to-door claiming they want to attract jobs and businesses to Toledo. From what I understand, This thing would be up and running right now except for the fact that Carty has been dragging his feet on this for over 2 years refusing to sign some paperwork authorizing 40 feet of pipe to be laid to supply city water to the project.
