GM funding a health benefit trust to the toon of 36 BILLION dollars, AND IT SAVES THEM MONEY!

WOW – is that not a prime example of how the unions made promises to their workers that could never be kept. At least the union is taking over SOME responsibility for providing for their members. GM funds the plan 70%, UAW invests the funds and “administers” the health care program called a VEBA.

Careful members – union bosses now control billions of dollars meant for your health care. Lets check in 10 years who the they are blaming for the $$ disappearing.

But I will give some credit where some credit is due, at least the union is taking on a portion of the responsibility and cost. Dues are about to RISE.
