Council referral about Woodward High School, he wants to know what the City was going to do as far as improvements as they have done in the past around new schools. Ashford then said on paper we are supposed to have a balanced budget and there were a lot of intangibles, so it’s not a sum balanced savings to move money around on the carts, we need to save money anywhere we can.

McNamara – this is going to be a tight budget, we can talk about this more when the CIP budget comes in, he thinks they should hold some money back from the CIP budget right now since they don’t know what the end of the year will hold. He has no projects in mind but perhaps Council could think about that. It was stated at Finance that the City had sold about $1 million in property but still had to sell $4 million more.
